How e-Closing Works

Elite Title still opens the file, examines title, and clears requirements. The signing method is the only part that changes.

  • Remote online notarization: a Florida online notary, identity check, and a recorded video session. Available when the lender accepts RON.
  • Hybrid: disclosures and affidavits e-signed from home. Wet-ink originals signed at our office or with a mobile notary, then recorded.
  • In person: the full package at the Coral Gables desk. Bring a government photo ID.
